Aaron Fischer

Aaron Fischer spent his career working in technology-business journalism and is now an online editor for a politics and public policy website. His poems have appeared or are forthcoming in The Chaffin Journal, Hudson Review, Prime Number, Redactions, Stonecoast, and Sow’s Ear. He was a finalist in the Prime Number and Sow’s Ear poetry contests and has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize.

Aaron Fischer…I just read your poem “Howlin’ Wolf at the Fillmore East, June 7, 1968” (published in Prime Number Magazine) and felt compelled to write and tell you how much my husband and I like it. I could not quickly find another place to write to you (than here) and hope you see this response. What a poem! These two poems also are fine, but “Howlin…” really speaks to both of us. Thanks for writing it.
