Suzanne CopeSuzanne Cope is a writer and professor in New York City. Her book Small Batch: Pickles, Cheese, Chocolate, Spirits, and the Return of Artisanal Food (Rowman & Littlefield) was published in 2014 and recent and upcoming articles and essays include contributions to The New York Times,, XOJane, Italian American Review, Edible Boston, Blue Lyra Review, Render, among others. She teaches at Manhattan College and University of Arkansas, Monticello MFA Program.
